We are seeking a commercially driven and high-impact Head of Sales for the European region to lead and scale our commercial operations. This is a hands-on Senior Management role for a driven sales professional with a strong “hunter” mentality, capable of winning new business while building a structured and high-performing sales organisation. This function will report to VP GSS Europe. We are looking forward for candidates based in Italy, Spain, France or Poland who work remote. This role is responsible for driving high-volume sales through scalable channels, including distributors, resellers and retail partners including associated service offerings. The role carries the full P&L responsibility and requires frequent customer engagement in the field. Key Responsibilities - Drive revenue growth: own and deliver ambitious sales targets across all channels and segments; develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products and services. - Direct & channel Sales leadership: manage and expand direct sales activities with accounts; build, develop and optimize distributor and partner networks. - Customer Engagement: actively engage with customers in-person to win business; build strong executive-level relationships and identify new opportunities. - Sales activities: lead sales cycles (longer-term, solution based); ensure consistent performance in standard/transactional sales. - Commercial Ownership: full P&L responsibility including pricing, margins and profitability; monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions. - Team Leadership: build, coach and lead a high-performing sales team, install a hunter-driven, result oriented culture; setting sales commission and KPIs. Qualifications - Proven experience as Head of Sales or commercial leader. - Strong track record in B2B or B2B2C sales of standardized or high-volume products as well as Channel sales, distribution management, or retail sales. - Experience in industrial, security, consumer durables, or related sectors is preferred. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple European markets. - Strong commercial acumen and pricing expertise. - Deep understanding of channel and distribution strategies. - Clear “hunter” mindset with a passion for acquiring new business. - Comfortable operating in the field and meeting customers regularly. - Strong negotiation, leadership and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to operate both hands-on and strategically. - English as a company language, additional languages as a plus.
