As a Key Account Manager at Raketech, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our full product portfolio. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, identify new opportunities, and contribute directly to the long-term success of the business. This is a remote role based in the US, working US hours, with flexibility required for occasional meetings during CET time. - Manage and grow sales across Raketech’s full product portfolio. - Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships across a portfolio of key accounts to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. - Generate new sales by identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients, attracting prospective customers, and proposing relevant improvements. - Create accurate and insightful reports on activities and performance. - Communicate updates and performance through monthly and quarterly reports. - Forecast sales results and track progress against targets. - Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to align on goals and strategies. Success in this role means: - Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets by identifying, capitalizing on, and driving new business opportunities. - Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth, becoming a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders. - Deliver accurate reporting and forecasting while maintaining strong communication and effective collaboration across teams with minimal oversight. Qualifications - Excellent communication skills, along with effective listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs. - Proactive, results-oriented, honest, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ownership. - Collaborative team player committed to delivering exceptional results. - Solid knowledge of MS Office, with experience in the iGaming industry considered a strong asset.
