Specialist Account Manager – Farmer

RD Station

• Manage and develop a portfolio of active partners with a strong focus on revenue generation; • Serve as a consultative advisor to partners (agencies and business owners), identifying growth opportunities; • Re-establish relationships with strategic partners, especially large agencies; • Lead complex negotiations and close opportunities within the portfolio; • Prioritize accounts based on business impact (short-, medium-, and long-term); • Ensure pipeline cadence through active and structured engagement; • Expand the revenue-generating partner base, increasing reach and creating new opportunities; • Re-engage and activate high-potential accounts; • Deliver trainings, meetings, and partner engagement initiatives; • Conduct partner visits and attend events to strengthen relationships and drive business; • Track and manage performance using the CRM, focusing on monthly revenue targets (NMR), especially new revenue.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in consultative sales and negotiation, preferably in a B2B context;
  • Experience in partner or channel management (indirect model);
  • Experience with complex sales and longer sales cycles;
  • Background in managing portfolios of partners or strategic clients;
  • Strong commercial profile, focused on revenue generation and closing deals;
  • High capacity for organization, planning, and pipeline management;
  • Ability to prioritize based on business impact;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proactive attitude with active portfolio management (not just reactive);
  • Availability to travel and visit partners.
