Role Description As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for: - Providing Level 2 operational support, monitoring, and maintenance for Identity and Access Management platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and CyberArk. - Handling end-user incidents, service requests, and change activities in accordance with established security and operational standards. - Engaging higher-level support teams and third-party vendors for escalation and collaboration. - Providing first-line support and coordinating escalations for both major and minor incidents within the Identity domain. - Adhering to the ITIL change management processes. - Ensuring that all incidents in the Identity assignment group are resolved within the agreed SLA and that solutions comply with security guidelines. - Providing 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis. - Engaging in project work alongside engineer team members to develop and demonstrate learned skills. - Maintaining and developing documentation for supported applications. Qualifications - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in enterprise Active Directory environments. - Strong understanding of Active Directory authentication protocols, including Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP. - Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificate management. - Hands-on experience in auditing and monitoring Active Directory environments, leveraging PowerShell scripting. - Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2022). - A good understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite and associated networking technologies. - Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate). - Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD). - A bachelor’s degree in computer science. - Proven ability to own complex initiatives and ensure successful delivery. - Ability to excel in dynamic settings with strong multitasking and independent work capabilities.
