We are seeking a temporary Retirement Plan Manager to join our team on contract basis. Reporting to the VP, US Benefits, the Manager, Retirement Programs will lead the administration and management of a suite of retirement benefits, working hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure the optimal delivery. This role is critical for helping our associates achieve long-term financial well-being through effective plan management, education, and ongoing service support. Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement benefits programs, including plan administration, compliance, and vendor management.   This is a temporary contract, expected to last through September 2026. This is a remote position where you will work off-site.   Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with plan providers, consultants, and third-party administrators to ensure value and service excellence. - Manage assigned vendor contract renewals, RFPs and strategy as applicable - Analyze plan utilization, participant data, and market trends to recommend program changes and enhancements that align with best practices and evolving business needs. - Implement approved plan changes through strong project planning and collaboration with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Tier 1, Payroll, HRIS, HR Business Partners) to meet scheduled deadlines and budget requirements. - Lead annual plan reviews, testing, audits, and updates. Conduct reporting and analyses needed to support ongoing processes, compliance tasks, billing submissions, enrollment and deduction audits, census data requests, enrollment migration/patterns, utilization, survey requests, financial forecasting, and strategy and design decisions. Support internal and external reporting requirements - Oversee all retirement plan-related administrative processes including ensuring benefits program terms and conditions are in sync with the related programming in both internal and external vendor systems and related file specifications. - Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure administration is compliant with plan documentation and regulatory requirements (e.g., SPDs, required filings and notices, contracts, requirements documents, and other plan information). - Oversee development and implementation of associate communications to improve associate engagement and understanding of retirement benefits. - Serve as a Broadridge benefits subject matter expert in order to answer associate, internal partner and vendor inquiries and escalations - Provide support and assistance with M&A due diligence and partner on integration of new groups into Broadridge's benefits programs   Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in related field - 5+ years of progressive benefits experience, must have demonstrated experience with retirement benefits (qualified and non-qualified retirement plan experience) - Demonstrated exceptional financial, analytical, quantitative analysis, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in reporting tools and excel - Proven track record of strong organization and project management skills, and ability to multi-task leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives concurrently. - Experience with data analytics, benchmarking, plan design, and vendor management - Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, DOL and other legal requirements related to administration and an ability to interpret and apply these for compliance and plan administration. - Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment, such as knowing when to escalate an issue - Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, comfortable communicating with senior management as well as the ability to convey benefits information to associates in an easy-to-understand manner - Advanced presentation and written communication skills - Highly motivated self-starter, with proven ability to prioritize and effectively work both independently as well as collaborate as part of a cross-functional team in a hybrid environment - Experience working with benefits administration platforms and systems. Experience with Workday HRIS, ADP Payroll (Globalview), and Servicenow a plus - High level of discretion with confidential material.   The pay rate for this position is $65.00 - $80.00 per hour.
