• Du übernimmst die eigenständige buchhalterische Betreuung mehrerer Gesellschaften innerhalb der OneQrew Gruppe. • Du bearbeitest die Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung. • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen. • Du unterstützt und wirkst aktiv bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB mit. • Du erstellst und gibst monatliche Meldungen ab, insbesondere USt‑Voranmeldungen und ZM. • Du stimmst Konten ab, insbesondere im Bereich Intercompany und Anlagenbuchhaltung. • Du bist Ansprechperson für Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen. • Ferner wirkst du bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen mit. • Zudem unterstützt du bei der Weiterentwicklung effizienter, gruppenweiter Finance-Standards.

Job Requirements

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit, idealerweise mindestens 5 Jahre.
  • Du verfügst über gute praktische Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie im Steuerrecht.
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Betreuung mehrerer Gesellschaften oder komplexerer Buchhaltungsstrukturen.
  • Du gehst sicher mit DATEV um und verfügst über sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und prozessorientiert.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Genauigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Eigeninitiative aus.
  • Darüber hinaus bist du teamfähig und arbeitest gerne zusammen, auch im Remote-Setup.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und hast idealerweise Englischkenntnisse.
