The Regional Brokerage Leader (RBL) serves as a strategic partner between regional teams and national resources, ensuring consistent placement strategy execution, effective carrier relationships, and efficient use of wholesaler channels. Your Impact - Placement Strategy & Market Execution: - Develop and execute placement strategies for complex Property insurance programs, including primary, layered, and excess placements. - Lead carrier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, conditions, and coverage enhancements. - Strengthen and expand market relationships to improve access, responsiveness, and outcomes. - Identify, analyze, and quantify client exposures and present strategic placement recommendations. - Client & Regional Leadership Support: - Serve as a senior escalation resource for executive-level client issues, complex renewals, and coverage challenges. - Partner closely with Regional Brokerage Leaders and service teams on new business opportunities requiring senior placement expertise. - Support complex renewals, remarkets, and program restructures with strategic guidance and market leverage. - Proactively drive discussions around program performance, design, and placement strategy. - Coverage & Technical Expertise: - Provide in-depth knowledge of Property policy language with ability to manuscript language for customized programs and coverage needs. - Ensure submission quality and underwriting narratives reflect risk complexity and desired outcomes. - Operational Discipline & Engagement: - Responsible for coordinating, resourcing, and carrying out large projects/programs. - Help build and maintain a renewal engagement process to ensure Senior Placement involvement on qualifying opportunities. Qualifications - 15+ years of insurance brokerage experience with deep specialization in Property placement. - Proven expertise placing large and complex Property programs. - Strong carrier relationships and demonstrated success negotiating complex placements. - Resident P&C License required. - BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. - Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across regions and teams. Benefits - Pay Range: $199,400 - $275,000 Annual. - The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
