Job Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
  • Proficient in SQL and Power BI
  • Experience in B2B customer support (fintech experience is a plus)
  • Willingness to work occasional rotating shifts and holidays

Role Description The Service Desk Representative is responsible for support of all desktop hardware, software and telecommunications equipment. As a Service Desk Representative, you are the front line in support of Insight Customers. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, and chat. Role Description This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence. This position is responsible for supporting service delivery by using established knowledge of company products and processes as well as by conducting basic analysis to process and support service-related tasks. Qualifications - H.S Diploma or GED - College degree preferred - 1-2 years' customer service experience and previous contact center experience required - Retirement Plans Experience preferred Requirements - Proficient written and oral communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while working within required deadlines. - Proficient customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to assume ownership and work within a team environment. - High level of curiosity and willingness to learn new methods and procedures. - Knowledge of ERISA, IRS/DOL regulations, and qualified plan administration preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). - ASPPA exams or equivalents preferred. - Knowledge of OMNI, Relius, and recordkeeping systems preferred. - Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. - Some OT required - Must be willing to work 9-6p EST or 8-6p EST with a 60-minute lunch.
