You'll work with a collaborative team to analyze spatial data and build modern web GIS applications that directly serve our clients and their global missions. Qualifications - 6+ years of professional GIS experience. - Advanced proficiency across the Esri stack: ArcGIS Pro (with extensions), ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, Image Server). - Demonstrated Python 3.x development experience building complex, production-ready geospatial tools; proficiency with ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python, NumPy, and Pandas at minimum. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, proactively identify risks, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a client-facing environment. - Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Bachelor's or master's degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. - Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
