Role Description Prodapt is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead complex OSS/BSS programs and collaborate with global partners to design integrated solutions. The role involves owning technical responses for RFIs/RFPs and acting as the primary technical voice in workshops. - Architectural Strategy: Lead end-to-end solutioning for complex OSS/BSS programs, including O2C, T2R, and L2Q modernization. - Alliance Integration: Collaborate with strategic global partners—including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and Snowflake—to design high-value, integrated solution blueprints. - Pre-Sales & Bid Leadership: Own the technical response for RFIs/RFPs, authoring SOWs, defining Resource Estimates, and conducting technical "defenses" with customer CTO/CIO stakeholders. - Executive Presence: Act as the primary technical voice in workshops, aligning our solutions with the customer’s long-term business goals. - Innovation & Modernization: Design the transition from monolithic legacy systems to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures utilizing Agentic Workflows and Orchestration. - Commercial Viability: Partner with the Senior Director and CTO to ensure all technical solutions are commercially sound, delivery-ready, and optimized for ROI. Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, specifically within a Service Integrator or Tier-1 Vendor environment. - Mastery of OSS/BSS stacks, TM Forum (eTOM, TAM, SID) frameworks, and Open APIs. - Advanced architectural knowledge of industry-leading platforms. - Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and an understanding of data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks in a telco context. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Requirements - The "Soft" Skills: - Strategic Solutioning: The ability to simplify massive technical hurdles into clear, actionable roadmaps for executive audiences. - Autonomous Execution: Must possess the discipline to lead complex, cross-functional bids with minimal supervision. - Analytical Precision: A detail-oriented approach to building complex Bills of Materials (BoM) and navigating the sales cycle typical of Tier-1 carriers.
