Role Description Lead the design, build, test, and maintenance of scalable and stable off the shelf applications and/or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs. - Capture and analyze functional and business requirements by coordinating with business users, analysts, and developers. - Analyze and map business requirements and prepare the functional and technical design documents. - Coordinate the Unit testing of models and performance of defect analysis during development phase and pre-production stage to ensure code coverage and early detection of defects to minimize the time and cost impact. - Perform functional, backend, integration, regression, and/or smoke testing. - Facilitate user acceptance testing by the business users. - Provide release notes & status communications to the client, business & end-users. - Guide technical application support and defect fixing to ensure minimum disruptions to the end users and continuity of business processes. - Provide end-user support for software components and products. - 100% telecommuting from home office is permitted per company policy to support New Era offices or clients throughout the United States. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related field. Requirements - Must have at least four years of post-degree, professional experience in each of the following: - Working in software development role; - Software development domain and principles, including design patterns and code structure; - Building complex software and/or automation systems that have been successfully delivered to customers; - Developing and executing software test plans; - Using version control, bug tracking and issue reporting; - Creating automation solutions and framework in various programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#. - Must have at least two years of experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Teamcity. Role Description Perform development activities of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), optimizing data processes for efficient data flow between source and target systems. - Architect scalable data solutions to support data integration from various sources and ensure consistent, high-quality data for business reporting. - Design complex, enterprise-wide data models that align with critical business processes, enabling advanced reporting and analytics. - Create and maintain SSIS packages and processes to support data migration and integration, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. - Build and optimize models for large datasets, improving query performance and supporting detailed reporting. - Design interactive dashboards and visualizations tools, based on business requirements, to facilitate smarter data-driven decision-making. - Implement dynamic data transformations and calculations, enabling advanced analytics and customized business insights. - Ensure data quality through data cleansing, transformation, conversion, and aggregation techniques, resolving inconsistencies and improving data reliability. - Manage stored procedures to streamline data retrieval and reuse. - Enforce data security to restrict access based on organizational roles. - 100% telecommuting is permitted from home office per company policy to support New Era offices or clients located throughout the United States. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science or a closely related technical field plus at least 3 years of post-degree, progressive experience in each of the below items; OR, alternatively, a Master’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science or a closely related technical field plus at least 1 year of experience, gained at any time, in each of the below items. Requirements - Designing and maintaining EDWs, which store and manage large volumes of data; - Developing and managing Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations; - Experience with DAX for advanced calculations and Power Query for data transformation; - Creating complex data models (such as Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) for organizing large datasets for querying and reporting; - Implementing data quality checks, addressing inconsistencies, and transforming data to ensure accuracy and reliability; - Experience with cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery; - Experience extracting data from multiple data sources, such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, Teradata, DB2, Flat files, Excel files.

Role Description Monitor and analyze network traffic using tools such as Security Information and Event Management systems to detect and respond to security incidents. - Provide authentication and authorization to specific user profiles, external profiles, and service accounts/non-human accounts. - Perform vulnerability scans and assessments to identify and address potential security weaknesses across systems and networks. - Manage user/service accounts, changing the rules/permissions by using UNIX commands, providing SUDO access based on user requirements, and forcing the server to change the rules. - Handle incident tickets, provide Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and resolve incident tickets with agreed SLA (Service-Level Agreement) and perform root cause analysis for the technical incidents and ensure no redundancy for such incidents. - Implement and maintain endpoint security tools such as antivirus software, encryption solutions, and endpoint detection and response systems. - Review and analyze security logs from multiple sources, including network devices, servers, and applications, to identify abnormal patterns or potential threats. - Manage the data migration from SharePoint (On-Premises) to Microsoft 365. - Contribute to the development, implementation, and testing of security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and incident response strategies. - Lead the internal project team to streamline the process of resolving issues and ensure the expected support/communication with/to end-users and clients. - 100% telecommuting is permitted from home office per company policy to support New Era offices or clients located throughout the United States. Requirements - Monitoring and analyzing network traffic threats; - Implementing and managing antivirus, encryption, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools; - Securing cloud environments (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including configuration of cloud-native security tools, access controls, and data protection strategies; - Automating routine security tasks such as log parsing, vulnerability scans, and patch management with scripting languages (such as Python, Bash, PowerShell); - Configuring firewalls and VPNs to protect network boundaries; - Managing Oracle systems including Oracle Identity Management, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Identity System Administration, and Oracle Data Integrator.
