Job Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sector
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers
- Clear evidence of hunter mentality
- A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native-level fluency in German
- Based in Berlin or within a realistic commuting distance for in-person client meetings
- Background in SaaS, fintech, financial services, information security, or other high-trust B2B industries (nice to have)
- Exposure to selling into financial or advisory environments (nice to have)
