We provide clinically proven, evidence-based over-the-counter products in wound care, scar management, and oncology support to the Australian pharmacy and hospital markets. With a robust pipeline of new products, Stratpharma Australia is seeking a Sales Professional to build strong relationships with our Pharmacy customers and Women’s Health GPs in our newly created Melbourne East territory. This position offers a unique dual customer focus, combining both retail pharmacy management and GP clinical detailing. If you're driven, goal-oriented, and looking to represent innovative brands that improve patient outcomes, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** · Grow Sales: Manage and grow the territory, driving product distribution, exceeding sales targets, and expanding market share. · Build Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, Retail Managers and Women’s Health GPs. · Execute with Excellence: Implement strategic merchandising, maintain accurate CRM records, and use business analytics to track progress and develop territory-based strategies. · Be the Expert: Provide product training and support for our customers to increase their knowledge and sales.

An ambitious forward thinking Swiss Dermatology company have an exciting career opportunity for a Medical Representative based in Madrid. Stratpharma has over the past 5 years experienced tremendous growth in the European market and are keen to strengthen their team in Spain to further this success. An ambitious company with impressive year on year growth Stratpharma currently have 9 products on the market and have 7 more in development which will be released soon adding to an already strong portfolio. The Medical Representative is responsible for working with the General Manager Spain in delivering consistent performance results within defined geographical areas and building on existing business. The successful candidate shall promote breakthrough Aesthetic and Medical Dermatology products that launched into the Spanish market several years ago. Tasks - Achieving and exceeding their individual territory business and revenue goals. - Providing education and training to account staff. - Preparing and presenting business proposals including account metrics and benchmark information. - Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory. - Effectively and judiciously deploy the necessary resources to yield the greatest business impact. - Develop thorough account plans for all strategic customers. - Manage territory budget. - Provide input to the Country Manager on strategy for the Spanish market. - Assist with managing and developing the sales team Sales Acumen - Execute Sales Process effectively. - Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner. - Demonstrate exceptional product and competitive knowledge and use effectively in planning and implementing sales presentations. Organization/Time Management - Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve territory –account coverage. - Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner. - Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact. Customer Relations - Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process. - Uncover the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value. - Leverage knowledge of key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify the territory network in the plastic surgery community. - Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.
