• Develop and implement solutions for managing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data. • These solutions will support both the feeding of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence models and direct data analysis by business users. • To achieve this, you will work closely with Data Science and Analytics teams and with business users, supporting them in their analyses. • Solutions involve handling large datasets, integrating diverse data sources and/or processing high-velocity data, aiming to create competitive advantages for the Company through intensive use of data.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Data Modeling;
- Experience with programming languages focused on data (Python, R, Scala);
- Experience with SQL databases;
- Develop and maintain ETLs, ELTs, and data pipelines;
- Knowledge of data architecture and data processing in cloud environments;
- Knowledge of Data Infrastructure;
- Agile methodology;
- Data administration and governance;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- KNOWLEDGE THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE:
- Previous experience in Data Engineering, Big Data management (with massively parallel processing), and interdisciplinary research;
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling, BI, and Data Warehouse concepts;
- Desirable: specific experience with a cloud provider (GCP and/or AWS and/or Azure);
- Experience with Power BI visualization tool;
- Experience with Spark and Airflow tools.

Role Description This internship is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in how data supports strategy, decision-making, and operational excellence. The Membership Data & Insights Intern will support the Membership team in maintaining and improving data quality within Salesforce, while also helping analyze membership trends and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, and improving systems. You will gain hands-on experience with CRM data management and learn how data drives engagement, retention, and strategic planning in a nonprofit environment. The skills you develop — including data management, analysis, and reporting — are highly transferable across operations, business analytics, and program management roles. This is an unpaid internship with a flexible schedule, lasting from May–December 2026. Candidates must be available a minimum of 16-20 hours per week over the summer. As a Sports Data Operator, you’ll help power our live products by: - Collecting and validating real-time tracking and play-by-play data using specialised in-house software. - Confirming teams, lineups, and players with precision. - Monitoring events as they happen. - Flagging issues to Game Supervisors and contributing feedback in post-game reviews.
