Role Description BAYADA Home Health Care is in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Habilitation offices located in/around Philadelphia, PA. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and taking all (Registered Behavioral Technician and Direct Support Professional) candidates through the hiring process to on-boarding. He/she will assume a sales and marketing role for the BAYADA brand, drive interviewing, and extend conditional offers.
