Pantheon Platform
• Partner closely with engineering, product, and design leaders to define hiring needs and build strong pipelines for technical roles. • Support non-technical hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A. • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for a mix of technical and non-technical roles. • Use a variety of sourcing approaches, including outbound sourcing, referrals, campaigns, and networking, to engage diverse, high-impact talent. • Champion a thoughtful, human-first candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback. • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to hiring teams to help inform hiring decisions. • Help refine recruiting processes, including interview calibration, scorecards, and tools (we use Greenhouse). • Support equity and inclusion initiatives within recruiting strategy and pipeline development. • Represent Pantheon’s culture, values, and mission with authenticity in every interaction.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong background in technical recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to hire across engineering, product, and design, with some exposure to non-technical roles.
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks such as PHP, JavaScript (React, Node, Next.js), Go, or similar.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive outreach.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders as a trusted recruiting advisor.
- Comfort using ATS and sourcing tools (ideally Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Passion for candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and building diverse teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a distributed, async-first environment.
