• Act as an advisor to our customers this can take different forms. They might not know what the right course of action is or even have an problem they don’t know the answer to. • With your broad eCom expertise and wide knowledge of what is working across Klar customers, you advise them on the right course of action. • Create data audits for customers you dive deep into the customers data and uncover patterns and insights that they might have missed, present your finding and suggest ways to improve their business. • Shape the development of our product as you help customer solve their problems, you know exactly how our product needs to improve. • As part of is role you will work closely with our product teams to shape the roadmap, define features and be involved in the QA process of new feature to ensure that they hit the mark.
