Job Requirements

  • Must have prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat)
  • Excellent written and spoken English; natural, conversational communication style
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
  • Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
  • Willing to work night shift
  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus
