• Extend the Sentiment Pipeline: Work within the existing end-to-end flow • Add & Maintain Platform Integrations: Extend existing Apify-based adapters • Ship Cloud Run Jobs: Modify and add containerized Python jobs • Evolve Data Contracts: Change BigQuery schemas and Supabase tables/RPCs • Tune Models & Prompts: Iterate on Gemini structured outputs • Benchmark & Evaluate: Use the existing benchmarking suite to compare model configs • Write Tests: Add pytest coverage for your changes

• Build shared infrastructure and tooling to help us build better and faster • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

• Contribute to building and maintaining data pipelines and the data platform. • Manage data ingestion from various sources, optimizing for efficiency and reliability. • Collaborate with data analysts on complex data transformations, implementing orchestration tools and quality checks. • Oversee the operational aspects of the data platform, including performance tuning and capacity management. • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in data engineering.

• To learn the basics, you'll start by entering and managing patient and treatment data in our proprietary practice management software. • Afterwards, depending on your interests and strengths, you'll take on tasks in the following areas: • Prescription management : Record prescriptions in our system and organize the ordering/correction and billing with the health insurance companies. • Support : Process written and telephone inquiries from therapists, relatives, and patients in our ticketing system. • Physician Management : Maintain close contact with our physicians by regularly calling medical practices, deepening relationships with new and existing physicians, or maintaining our physician database. • We are a rapidly growing company, so processes evolve over time.
