Senior Oracle HCM, ADP Payroll Integration Consultant
Sidekick Network
• Act as Senior Technical Integration Consultant for a global Oracle HCM to ADP payroll outsourcing project • Support the project from kick-off through implementation, rollout, testing, and hypercare • Analyze, assess, and adapt available Oracle HCM standard connectors for ADP, especially in relation to local country-specific payroll requirements • Support integration scenarios for ADP GlobalView and/or ADP Celergo, depending on project scope and country rollout • Design and implement custom integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP where standard connectors are not sufficient • Define and validate payroll-relevant data mappings between Oracle HCM and ADP • Work with Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, APIs, OIC or comparable middleware/integration technologies • Coordinate technical interface requirements with ADP, internal IT, HR, payroll, and local country stakeholders • Support multiple country implementations and rollouts running in parallel • Prepare and facilitate technical integration workshops • Support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, defect resolution, and cutover activities • Analyze interface errors, data quality issues, and payroll integration defects • Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, mapping documents, and handover materials • Support knowledge transfer to the internal client team
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud environments
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM integrations, ideally in global payroll transformation or payroll outsourcing projects
- Strong experience with integrations between Oracle HCM and external payroll providers
- Ideally previous project experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or other ADP payroll solutions
- Good understanding of payroll-relevant HR master data, compensation data, organizational data, employee lifecycle events, and country-specific payroll requirements
- Experience with Oracle HCM integration technologies such as: HCM Extracts, HDL / HSDL, BI Publisher, REST / SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud / OIC
- File-based and middleware-based interface architectures
- Ability to translate global and local payroll requirements into scalable integration designs
- Experience in complex international rollout environments with multiple countries running in parallel
- Strong analytical skills in data mapping, interface design, defect analysis, and issue resolution
- Experience working with external payroll providers, implementation partners, and distributed global teams
- Senior stakeholder management skills across HR, payroll, IT, vendors, and local country organizations
- Hands-on, structured, and delivery-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment with tight timelines
- Fluent English, spoken and written.

Role Description The Payroll Specialist will be detail-oriented and experienced in supporting payroll processing across all U.S. states and Canadian provinces, with responsibility for validating and ensuring the accuracy of payroll data and outputs prepared by others. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both U.S. and Canadian federal, state, and provincial labor and tax regulations, ensuring timely, compliant, and precise payroll for a multi-jurisdictional workforce. This role requires strong analytical, compliance, and customer service skills, along with a keen eye for audit, review, and continuous accuracy.
