And you relate to our core mission of helping people find financial freedom. - Support external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for both new and existing customers. - Properly scope out customer needs and requests during implementations to make sure our solution solves their existing problems. - Proactively project manage the implementation process end-to-end to achieve customers' target timelines and goals, communicating to all stakeholders any changes or updates as needed. - Configure and implement customers in accordance with best practices to drive adoption and maximize revenue potential. - Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive a timely and well organized implementation process, escalating issues to various stakeholders as necessary. - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements & needs. - Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices. - Proactively look for opportunities of improvement in existing processes to help support Rain’s overall growth. Qualifications - 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience. - 1+ year in a customer facing role managing stakeholders and timelines. - Strong project management and prioritization skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without compromising. - Experience working with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar systems of customer record. - Experience with HCM and HR Tech preferred. - General curiosity and desire to learn.
