• Provides support across all GREWP’s Global Operations teams in regard to the management of purchase orders, invoicing and budget planning. • Responsible for the data entry for GREWP’s sustainability and global operations details and will assist with budget tracking on a global scale. • Oversee final OpEx/CapEx forecast. • Work with Accounting (fixed asset team) to review lease details. • Assist procurement on operating POs/vendors and scout requests. • Review/post accruals of operating expenses set in place. • Build OpEx budgets on a vendor level and set up meetings with respective site managers. • Create/update template internal GREWP plan. • Meeting with site leaders to build vendor details. • Validate Finance Admin work (POs/Invoice/Receiving). • Analyze Ops account analysis from A360’s actuals extraction that the finance team shared for G/L Level detail. • Set up POs, Invoicing, receiving. • Making sure accruals are set in place monthly. • Ensure timely process of invoice payments. • Work with BFM to ensure POs and invoices are staying within budget on a consolidated account/location level to ensure staying within forecast. • Support site managers to set up vendors in our system for payment, and assisting both site managers and Master Data Management team. • Check in meeting with stakeholders weekly basis to make sure there are no outstanding items. • Lease contract reviews and approve lease invoices in Tririga.
Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related analytical field.
- Having 3+ years of experience over all
- Good communication skills
- Strong, planning, organizational and time management skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle, Experience in Smartsheets and working within ERP environments is a plus.
