• Answer Inbound Calls: Talk to people who have already started their insurance search in our app. • Simplify the Process: Help customers compare 55+ different insurance companies to find the one that fits their budget. • Solve Problems: Listen to a customer’s concerns and find a solution that makes them feel confident in their choice. • Close the Deal: Help customers finalize their new policy right then and there.

• In your first few months, your job is to develop a deep, ground-level understanding of how our funnels perform. • You'll conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points. • You'll own user feedback monitoring: pulling signals from reviews, support tickets, and research and turning them into actionable insight. • You'll drive bug triage and resolution with engineering, making sure quality issues are prioritized and closed. • As you build context, you'll start leading end-to-end delivery of product initiatives starting with well-scoped launches like landing pages and compliance-driven features, then expanding from there. • You'll also contribute to A/B testing and experiment design, partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences that balance speed, clarity, and trust, and help translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements.

• Build and run the partnerships pipeline for Jerry's new product lines, from initial outreach through signed agreement and successful onboarding. • Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations independently - qualifying partner fit, understanding what each partner needs, structuring the right value proposition for each, and running the process to close. • Design creative deal structures for partners who won't fit a standard path. If the obvious approach gets a no, you figure out what alternative arrangement unlocks the relationship. • Own partner success post-close — work with internal teams to make sure new partners ramp, stay engaged, and become long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions. • Contribute to vertical strategy — your ground-level view of what partners will and won't accept feeds directly into how we sequence and structure new product bets.

• Own Jerry's editorial engine across jerry.ai and external platforms • Design and run the brief → AI draft → human edit → QA → publish workflow • Build pages and clusters that rank on Google • Set and enforce Jerry's voice and style guide across writers, freelancers, and AI output • Build the trust infrastructure YMYL finance content requires

• Lead Jerry's content quality and output on jerry.ai and external platforms • Build and lead the system that makes us authoritative in online discovery • Own Jerry's editorial engine across channels • Design content production system and ensure quality standards are met

• Lead end-to-end development for our AI platform and customer experiences, from initial roadmap to rollout. • Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails—balancing latency, cost, and accuracy. • Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing AI best practices and platform standards. • Drive systematic improvement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation. • Work with partners at OpenAI to evaluate and deploy the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

• Define the right problems before any analysis, understanding business questions and the decisions they inform. • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move your team's key metrics. • Bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance or operations, explaining what's happening, why, and what next steps should be.
