Role Description Tes missions : - Sous la responsabilité du Chef des ventes, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales sédentaires et CSM, ton rôle et responsabilités s'articulent autour des axes suivants : - Coordonner la performance commerciale de son secteur en développant le portefeuille clients - Segmenter, qualifier les opportunités d’affaires en collaboration avec les équipes sédentaires marketing et CSM - Elaborer un plan d’action commercial adapté à son secteur et prioriser l’activité commerciale en fonctions des enjeux clients/RCA - Prospecter de nouveaux clients à fort potentiel : AG, salon, démarche directe, réseaux sociaux - Proposer et présenter des offres commerciales adaptées aux besoins clients - Recueillir les besoins et attentes clients - Elaborer des propositions commerciales adaptées à son contexte et ses usages en collaboration avec les différents services de l’entreprise - Déployer des conditions tarifaires standard ou sur-mesure dans le respect des process de validation interne - Négocier et faire signer les contrats - Assurer la relation clients sur le long terme sur le portefeuille dont il a la charge : - Assurer la relation commerciale de bout en bout (Prise de rdv, Information Résiliation, code, info contrat…) sur les comptes dont il a la charge - Suivre la bonne exécution du contrat commercial et la satisfaction clients - Piloter le déploiement avec les différents contributeurs (Produit, Technique, Accompagnement, SC…) sur les grands comptes du secteur - Assurer la rétention client via le traitement des réclamations et des résiliations - Assurer le suivi du compte dans une logique d’équipement et de Multi équipement - Développer le CA en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités sur le portefeuille client (produit, formation, licences) notamment en collaboration avec le CSM - Ce rôle s’inscrit dans une logique de partenariat interne et externe, en accompagnant les clients dans leur transformation digitale (notamment via le Club des Experts en Gestion) et en collaborant avec les équipes marketing et produit pour remonter les besoins du marché, faire évoluer l’offre et améliorer la politique commerciale.
