We already know who we want to reach — this role is about making sure we stay connected the right way, over time. You Will: Account Nurturing & Relationship Strategy - For each priority account, develop and maintain a tailored engagement strategy - mapping connection paths, identifying mutual relationships, and ensuring the approach evolves as the relationship matures - Build and refine the team's playbook for ongoing nurturing: how to stay relevant between conversations, how to move accounts towards a deal, and how to recognize when a relationship is ready for the next step - Work hands-on with A&Rs to manage touchpoint cadences by segment, ensuring target accounts receive consistent, well-timed engagement that feels considered rather than generic - Help A&Rs think through the specific language, timing, and channel for each touchpoint - whether it's a first warm introduction or a follow-up six months into the relationship - Stay current on how artists and their teams prefer to be engaged, and continuously refine the team's approach based on what's working across the portfolio Tools, Process & Enablement - Manage and maintain HubSpot as the team's system of record for priority accounts: keeping account statuses current, enforcing cadence compliance, and surfacing staleness alerts so no relationship goes cold - Prepare materials for weekly strategy workshops, including account briefs, connection maps, and recommended next steps for priority accounts - Work with sourcing ops to build and improve the processes that allow us to scale relationship management across hundreds of accounts per A&R without sacrificing quality - Partner with team leads to evaluate and iterate on tooling - identifying gaps, flagging when processes need to be revisited, and helping roll out new capabilities as they come online Thought Leadership & Standards - Run regular strategy sessions with A&R reps to pressure-test their approach to priority accounts and help them navigate stalled or complex relationships - Create frameworks, reference materials, and ongoing measurement to assess long-term relationship health and empower A&Rs to nurture accounts over time - Develop and enforce protocols for how the team communicates with artists and their teams - ensuring consistency and cultural credibility across all reps - Partner with Marketing and A&R leadership to align on standards and share learnings across regions Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in high-value sales or account management in a role that required both cultural fluency and strategic thinking - Deep understanding of how long-term relationships are built with high-value accounts - who the gatekeepers are, how trust is maintained over time, and what separates a one-time conversation from a lasting partnership - A natural coach and thought leader who gets energy from helping others get better - Strong process and systems instincts - comfortable working with CRM tools, sales research tools, and workflow automation to support a team at scale - Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person - you can articulate a nuanced relationship strategy clearly and concisely - Comfortable operating with influence rather than authority - you don't own the relationships, but you shape how they're built and maintained $70,000 - $100,000 a year We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
