Role Description ScaleSource helps U.S. companies hire high-quality remote team members from around the world. As a Vertical Growth Operator, you will own one ScaleSource vertical like it is your own mini-business. You are the builder, operator, funnel owner, and accountability driver, ensuring the vertical produces contracts. - Part funnel builder, part automation nerd, part revenue operator, part recruiting coordinator, part team leader, and part entrepreneur. - Build the system, track the numbers, improve the funnel, use AI and automation aggressively, coordinate sales and recruiting, and hit real contract targets. - Expected to add two team members to your pod as the vertical gets moving. - Job responsibilities include: - Build the vertical. - Generate leads. - Book qualified calls. - Build the candidate pool. - Help close contracts. - Track everything. - Fix what breaks. - Repeat until the machine works. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in at least two of the following: growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, recruiting operations, staffing, lead generation, funnel management, automation, startup operations, or business operations. - 2+ full years managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting tied to sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or revenue. - 1+ year owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages. - Experience directly contributing to measurable outcomes such as booked calls, signed clients, hires, placements, onboardings, revenue, or contracts. - Experience building or managing at least 3 funnel automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM workflows, ATS workflows, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools. - Experience improving at least one measurable conversion point inside a funnel. - Experience building dashboards, scorecards, reporting systems, or pipeline tracking. - Ability to work with CRM and ATS systems without making a mess. - Ability to use AI tools daily to move faster and reduce manual work. - Ability to lead a small pod of two team members. - Ability to communicate clearly in writing. - Ability to operate without constant handholding. - Ability to move fast, test quickly, and make decisions from data. - Comfort being measured by scaler contracts generated. Requirements - Generate first leads within the first 30 days. - Have qualified candidates in the pool by Day 60. - Generate 6 new scaler contracts by Day 90. - After 90 days, the vertical should consistently produce: - 4+ new scaler contracts per month. - Less than 14 days from demo to onboarding. - Clean CRM and ATS tracking. - Weekly funnel tests. - Clear candidate readiness. - Consistent lead generation. - Clear reporting on what is working, what is broken, and what is being fixed.
