• Partner with customers and Splunk teams to ensure long-term success and growth within Splunk’s customer base • Develop and maintain deep expertise of Splunk’s portfolio, use-cases, and its alignment to customer challenges and objectives • Own Splunk’s portfolio, end-to-end technical engagement, and customer experience in your accounts • Drive the Solutions Architect engagements for positioning Splunk’s advanced solutions to expand solutions and use-cases • Operationalize Splunk’s foundational solutions comprised of hybrid/cloud, security, and observability in the customer’s environment
Job Requirements
- 4+ years related experience in selling and delivering enterprise software solutions for cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments
- Experience working in or recommending SaaS delivery model
- Ability to create, lead and evolve a customer technical account strategy, engaging an extended ecosystem of supporting resources to deliver the customer’s expected business outcomes
- Prior experience working with public cloud infrastructure and understanding of cloud economics (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Ability to travel to visit prospects and customers in region
- Extensive knowledge cybersecurity and/or observability is highly desired
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent communication - both written and verbal, with the ability to optimally lead others in a highly-collaborative team environment
- Strong presentation skills and an authority in using data to articulate a story or issue in a Tell-Show-Tell format
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to evolving priorities, with a dedication to the customer and your team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Own the end-to-end integration between Nivoda's platform and NetSuite — design, build, deploy, monitor, and maintain. • Diagnose and fix the existing NetSuite integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across the financial pipeline. • Build automated data flows that push and pull financial data between Nivoda's platform and NetSuite, eliminating manual processes. • Collaborate closely with the Finance team and key stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust engineering solutions. • Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and testing to proactively catch integration failures before they impact the business. • Work within Nivoda's existing tech stack (Node.js, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. • Proactively reach out to stakeholders when you need clarification, you don't wait for answers, you go find them. • Take ownership of the integration roadmap, working with the Product and Engineering Managers to balance data correctness and accuracy with coverage for new product flows and attributes. • Contribute to engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, and raising the bar for the team. • Be the go-to person for anything at the intersection of financial systems and Nivoda's platform.
