Technical Recruiter
Tango
• Sourcing Work with Hiring Managers to establish the key requirements for the position • Provide quality candidates that meet the specific requirements of each position • Sort through high volume of applicants in a timely manner • Maintain clean and accurate hiring data • Provide weekly recruiting summaries to Hiring Managers (how many resumes reviewed, interviews conducted, and candidates recommended for next step) • Ensure that each applicant receives an email response from Tango within 7 days of submitting their application • Provide candidates with timely and detailed feedback on their application • Provide candidates with a positive and personal introduction to who we are at Tango • Follow up with candidates regularly during the interview process • Maintain postings on LinkedIn, Indeed and our Career Site, adhering to the posting guidelines of Tango • Work with Hiring Managers to ensure that the job description has all of the necessary details to match the talent market • Ensure that candidates are met with professionalism and left with a positive outlook on Tango as a great place to work • Work closely with HR Business Partners to understand the challenges of each business department and ensure that Job Descriptions are accurate and comprehensive • Work with Finance to ensure that salary benchmarks are accurate for the talent market • Deliver an excellent hiring experience from offer to onboarding • Maintain an offer acceptance ratio of >80% • Meet with Hiring Managers & HR Executives to ensure that offers are fully approved prior to sending • Communicate offers to candidates in a manner that is transparent and gets them excited about the opportunity • Develop an onboarding plan for each new hire and maintain regular communication prior to their first day • Submit New Hire tickets to IT to ensure that equipment is setup and ready for their first day • Deliver & schedule all onboarding sessions with new hires during their first week at Tango
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for Product & Engineering roles within a SaaS company
- In-house recruiting experience is a must
- SaaS experience is a must
- Proven track record of recruiting high volume and high-quality candidates
- Experience recruiting across all business units, with a mastery for Product & Engineering
- Experience posting and managing candidates on Job Board sites, including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience delivering new hire onboarding programs
- Experience writing Job Descriptions
- Experience working in ATS systems (Mitratech Trakstar is our current system)
- Proficient in Excel and tracking hiring metrics (time to fill, offer acceptance ratio, etc)
- Clear and transparent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines
- Great cross-collaboration skills (especially across HR and Finance)
