Job Description

Technical Recruiter

Net at Work

• Utilize various recruitment tools to actively source, identify, and pre-qualify specific skill sets of professionals for priority positions as determined daily/weekly. • Screen incoming resumes and conduct HR phone interviews. • Collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator on scheduling Competency and Tandem interviews with NAW Hiring Managers. • Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information; Ensure status and workflows are updated. • Source passive talent and create pipelines of candidates for future usage based on NAW hiring plans. • Partner with the Director of TA to build talent and continuously update NAW Talent Strategy. • Create and manage relationships with College Career Services to promote NAW and CAW opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals, preferably within the SaaS space.
  • Successful track record in candidate selection best practices including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and closing of technology and sales candidates.
  • Must have experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
  • Knowledge of ATS and Web-based recruiting tools to include Linkedin.com and indeed.com.
  • Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches.
  • High level of communication and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
