Job Description

Reporting Analyst, Product Data

IntelePeer

• Own the measurement plan for healthcare workflow implementations — defining goals, KPIs, success criteria, and reporting cadence for AI-driven workflow deployments across payer and provider customers. • Develop reusable dashboards, scorecards, and data views in Sigma that reflect end-to-end workflow performance: automation rates, containment, escalation patterns, task completion, and downstream outcomes such as authorization approvals or appointment confirmations. • Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports that translate interaction and operational data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for Product, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders. • Analyze interaction events across the IntelePeer platform — telephony, ASR/NLU, orchestration, EHR/CRM integrations — to surface how workflows are performing across prior authorization, referral management, claims status, and patient access use cases. • Identify patterns in automation effectiveness, intent and slot performance, call containment, and transfer rates that indicate where workflows are delivering value and where optimization is needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or Industrial Engineering — or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant data analytics experience in product, operations, consulting, or customer analytics; contact center or conversational AI experience preferred.
  • Experience building executive-ready dashboards and reporting artifacts for external customers or senior leadership required.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, revenue cycle, appointment management, or other regulated healthcare workflow environments.
  • Familiarity with payer/provider administrative processes such as prior authorization, referral management, claims status, or patient scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI deployments or CPaaS platforms and their associated telemetry.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) are a plus.

Benefits

  • Unlimited Vacation for exempt employees
  • Paid Holidays
  • Competitive medical, dental & vision insurance for employees and their dependents
  • 401K Retirement Plan

TRM Labs specializes in blockchain investigations and risk management, empowering organizations to detect, investigate, and prevent crypto-related fraud and fin

Role Description The threats TRM's analysts work to disrupt aren't abstract — they fund violence, enable exploitation, and undermine global security. As a Threat Intelligence Analyst, Financial Networks , you will drive TRM's collection, analysis, and reporting on the actors and networks behind these harms, applying threat intelligence tradecraft to identify, track, and expose adversaries who use traditional financial systems alongside crypto to move value, evade sanctions, and obscure their activity. - Develop novel collection strategies and analytic methodologies to surface threat actor activity that isn't visible through conventional tooling or open databases. - Conduct proactive threat hunting across on-chain and off-chain data sources to identify emerging illicit networks before they're widely known. - Map financial networks used for sanctions evasion — including commodity flows, corporate ownership structures, and offshore financial centers — and connect them to on-chain activity. - Track, analyze, and report on threat actors, campaigns, and illicit networks that operate across both traditional financial infrastructure and the crypto ecosystem. - Identify and assess adversary TTPs, infrastructure, and behavior to support detection and attribution efforts. - Leverage OSINT and other intelligence methods to uncover hidden threats and generate actionable insights. - Produce high-quality intelligence that reaches law enforcement and government partners worldwide. - Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams to enhance TRM's intelligence capabilities. - Be a leading voice on how adversaries exploit the intersection of traditional finance and crypto to move illicit value. Qualifications - Proven experience in threat intelligence, cyber intelligence, or national security intelligence roles (this is not an entry-level position). - Fluency in Russian, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or Farsi, with the ability to conduct research and analysis in that language, is strongly preferred and may be required in some cases. - A track record of generating net-new intelligence — developing original hypotheses, pursuing non-obvious investigative threads, and surfacing findings that others miss. - Background in sanctions enforcement, financial intelligence, or corporate investigations is strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency — including how transactions work, on-chain tracing concepts, and the role of crypto in financial crime (e.g., ransomware, sanctions evasion, darknet markets). - Demonstrated ability to analyze corporate ownership structures, beneficial ownership, and cross-border fund flows — including how adversaries use trade finance, commodity flows, and offshore financial centers to move value. - Experience tracking threat actors, nation-state activity, or sanctioned entities — including analysis of TTPs, infrastructure, and financial behavior to support attribution. - Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to produce clear, actionable intelligence reports with high intelligence tradecraft standards. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Comfort operating in ambiguous, low-signal environments where the analytic path forward has to be constructed, not followed — and the ownership mindset to drive it independently. - Hands-on experience with blockchain analysis tools (e.g., Chainalysis Reactor, TRM, Elliptic) or formal cryptocurrency investigation experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., GIAC, CEH, Chainalysis Reactor Certification) or background in cybersecurity, intelligence, or investigations. Benefits - Flexible and adaptable work environment. - Regular check-ins and progress updates. - Collaboration across teams and functions. - High level of personal ownership and accountability. - Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking. Company Description TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.
