Role Description The ServiceNow Brand & Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to contribute to the vision for the ServiceNow brand and drive design excellence across the organization—across every channel and touchpoint, internal and external. This role is responsible for executing and evolving the ServiceNow brand identity, contributing to a design-led vision across ServiceNow’s brand ecosystem globally. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft and a talent for creative development with meticulous attention to execution. The Associate Creative Director will elevate design quality, contribute to an inclusive design culture, and partner seamlessly across the ServiceNow organization. An ideal candidate is curious about technology, can build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on craft to their work. They have experience leading projects with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies—and they thrive in ambiguity, adopt new processes readily, and embrace change. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in design systems and a proven track record of contributing to integrated brand efforts. Role Description The ServiceNow Event Brand & Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers who are responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand through physical and digital event experiences. We are looking for an Art Director with an amazing history of concepting and executing both digital and traditional media brand communications. You have experience from initial concept development through delivery of high-quality projects that help drive both brand and business. You must have an exceptional visual design portfolio; event experience is a plus. The Art Director has a unique understanding of strategy and a talent for creative development and meticulous execution. You will be able to work collaboratively with creative team partners, as well as work independently. Some jobs will require you to collaborate with internal and external teams on your ideas and visions, while others will require hands-on design. Responsibilities - Work closely with the Creative Director and teams on conceptual development, design, and execution across key event briefs. - Partner with a variety of stakeholders across the company to bring our brand to life in new and engaging ways in both physical and digital event experiences. - Create scalable systems and guidelines for Strategic Event ID (Core visual ID, digital, structures, keynote, etc.). - Develop creative ideas that meet project KPIs; test and iterate when necessary. - Work cross-functionally with key event and marketing leads to develop creative concepts and solutions against briefs. - Ownership of large projects through comprehensive presentation decks including presenting creative progress to leadership, gathering actionable feedback and progressing the work. - Ensure the brand is being expressed in an appropriate way, with the highest quality of design and consistency across all projects. - Keen understanding and passion to learn about and share insights on design and industry trends. - Ability to think big while operating at the finest level of detail. - Must be a self-starter while being comfortable collaborating with teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
