• Define and evolve Garage’s brand identity across all touchpoints (web, product, campaigns, sales materials, and more) • Lead concept development and execution for major campaigns and launches • Build and manage a high-performing creative team across design, content, and potentially video/production • Partner with Growth and GTM to translate business goals into compelling creative that drives measurable outcomes • Establish and maintain a high bar for craft, consistency, and clarity across all creative output • Own creative direction for the website, ensuring it communicates value clearly and converts effectively • Collaborate with Product to ensure brand and UX feel cohesive and intentional • Develop systems, processes, and frameworks to scale creative production without sacrificing quality • Contribute to company strategy as a creative voice at the leadership table
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2+ years leading teams or major initiatives
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Experience working in high-growth startups or similarly fast-paced environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with product and growth teams
- Exceptional communication skills—both visual and verbal
