• We’re looking for someone to shape and grow the design function across both brand and product. • Own the visual design of our products, mainly relating to end-to-end buyer and seller experiences on the marketplace. • Create visually compelling sales and marketing materials (static and video) that will be consumed by hundreds of thousands around the country. • Work closely with marketing and engineering to ship high-fidelity designs. • Talk to customers and use data, research, and iteration to continuously improve user experiences. • Help us build out our design team, and dive deep into areas that you find more interesting as we grow. • Ability and willingness to work in-person in NYC.

We're building the modern platform that powers commerce across America’s essential industries. We recently closed a ($18M in total funding) from Infinity Ventures, Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, FJ Labs, and other top investors. In less than a year, our team has already served customers in all 50 states – and we’re just getting started. The Role As Founding Recruiter, you will be the right hand to the CEO and CTO in building the team. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 USD base + equity + benefits.
