Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in proposal development or related marketing roles; experience leading or building a team strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and optimizing proposal processes, content systems, and team workflows.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a talent for persuasive storytelling and customer focus.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and act decisively.
- Background in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or RFP-heavy industries is a plus.
- Experience with marketing collaboration tools and proposal management platforms.
