Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead and optimize business operations, drive client acquisition, and fuel strategic growth across North America and Europe. This role is pivotal in executing business development strategies, actively prospecting new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals to ensure cross-functional alignment within the company. As a key representative, the Account Manager will play a vital role in managing the sales funnel, prospecting and nurturing client leads, and ensuring operational efficiency through effective process design and execution. - Identify, prospect, and convert new business leads through outreach, LinkedIn marketing, and networking across the U.S. and Canada. - Deliver custom presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Manage all inbound inquiries from phone calls, emails, and website forms. - Guide leads through the entire sales cycle until the deal is closed and the first hire is finalized. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and relationship growth. - Email contracts for signature and provide follow-up support to clarify terms and answer FAQs. - Monitor client engagement and develop tailored freelancer solutions based on business needs. - Design and implement short- and long-term business strategies aligned with growth goals. - Perform data analysis to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement. - Support marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams. - Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs like acquisition costs and client lifetime value. - Create and present regular reports on business performance and growth opportunities. - Coordinate onboarding by sharing client data with the Corporate Team. - Ensure smooth collaboration between departments to improve service delivery. - Represent the company at external events, job fairs, and networking meetups. - Establish the company as a trusted international outsourcing partner. Qualifications - Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in prospecting, business development, client relations, or account management. - Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage the full sales cycle. - Previous experience representing companies in international markets is highly valued. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and effective decision-making abilities. - Solid financial and commercial acumen. - Critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Highly proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms. - Organized, resourceful, and focused on achieving results. - Empathetic, adaptable, and culturally aware. - Creative and innovative thinker. - Collaborative team player with a hands-on, proactive attitude. - Client-focused with a strong drive for building relationships.
