• Reporting to the Sr Manager, Sales Operations, handle various operational responsibilities such as reporting, dashboards, project management, software administration, and process development • Enhance processes for Elo in a pivotal role that evaluate and organize multiple data sources, providing direct support to Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operational teams • Report and provide insight to support decision-making and strategic planning of the Sales Operations team • Analyze data and provide important visualization and intelligence that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to a non-technical audience • Create easy-to-follow sales processes, maintain reporting on all sales metrics; including ensuring data is current and accessible • Collaborate with IT unit to manage and ensure an effective CRM system that adds value and alignment within the organization • Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs • Support process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of progressively increasing responsibilities in an analyst or similar role, preferably in the information technology sector
  • Demonstrated excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other Microsoft tools
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or similar area preferred
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
