Job Summary Tiger Clubhouse is seeking a skilled and engaging Woodshop Specialist to lead and grow our in-house woodshop program. This role focuses on delivering structured, hands-on learning experiences that introduce members to woodworking fundamentals while encouraging creativity, independence, and craftsmanship. As the primary facilitator of the woodshop, the specialist- will guide members through progressively challenging projects, helping them build technical skills and confidence over time. The role emphasizes safety, consistency, and meaningful engagement within a dedicated indoor workspace. Responsibilities Woodshop Programming & Skill Development - Design and lead engaging, age-appropriate woodworking sessions for members ages 7-18. - Teach foundational skills such as measuring, marking, cutting, assembling, sanding, and finishing through clear demonstrations and guided practice. - Develop project-based learning experiences (e.g., shelves, stools, decorative items, signage, beginner joinery projects) that build skills over time. - Support members in completing projects from concept to completion, encouraging focus, patience, and pride in their work. - Adapt instruction to meet a range of skill levels, from beginners to more advanced participants. - Encourage creativity while reinforcing the importance of planning, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Safety, Supervision & Area Management - Maintain a strong culture of safety by consistently enforcing tool usage guidelines and workshop rules. - Provide close supervision of all tool use, including hand tools and approved power tools, with age-appropriate instruction. - Conduct routine checks to ensure tools, materials, and workspace are clean, organized, and safe. - Model proper tool handling, setup, cleanup, and storage practices. - Prioritize members' understanding and following safety expectations before participating in activities. Youth Engagement & Supervision - Create a welcoming, structured environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and collaboration. - Build positive relationships with members and encourage consistent participation. - Manage group dynamics within the woodshop, addressing minor behavioral issues proactively. - Communicate ongoing or more serious concerns to leadership as needed. - Track member participation, skill development, and overall engagement in the program. Qualifications - Experience working with youth in educational, recreational, or after-school settings preferred. - Background in woodworking, carpentry, construction, or related hands-on disciplines is strongly preferred. - Ability to safely instruct and supervise youth using tools in a structured indoor environment. - Strong organizational and lesson-planning skills. - Clear and effective communicator with a patient, supportive, and restorative teaching style. - Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and skill-building environment for young people. • Lead and support cross-functional GTM transformation programs from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes. • Translate strategic objectives into integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, and continuously assess whether execution is on track to achieve desired outcomes. • Own end-to-end coordination of UAT activities across initiatives, including planning, scheduling, execution tracking, defect management, and sign-off. • Define and enforce UAT entry and exit criteria, ensuring quality, data readiness, and environment preparedness prior to testing. • Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, TPMs, and stakeholders to align UAT timelines with development and program milestones. • Drive defect triage and resolution by quickly assessing issues and ensuring timely resolution. • Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers, developing mitigation plans and escalating with clear recommendations. • Provide executive-ready reporting that synthesizes complex inputs into concise updates on progress, risks, outcomes, and recommended actions. • Facilitate decision-making by framing tradeoffs, aligning stakeholders, and navigating competing priorities. • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Operations teams. • Maintain accurate tracking of program progress, risks, and deliverables using tools such as Jira, Airtable, or similar. • Continuously improve program and UAT execution processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements. • Rapidly build context in new or unfamiliar areas to effectively lead execution despite ambiguity. • Support senior program managers on large-scale initiatives by owning workstreams and contributing to overall program delivery.

• Serve as the single point of accountability to the Government (COR, GTM, stakeholders) for overall contract performance, execution, and delivery • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of SOE and CBRNE requirements, including SME support, procurement, logistics, export, and final delivery • Oversee rapid response to BPA call orders, ensuring execution under urgent, time-sensitive conditions with little or no advance notice • Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Management Plan, Communication Plan, and Risk Mitigation Plan as required contract deliverables • Direct global logistics operations, including shipment coordination, export documentation, customs clearance, and delivery to end users • Ensure performance across key SOW parameters, including: • logistics management • delivery timeliness • cargo movement • Manage program schedule, milestones, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and mission objectives • Lead risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution, including supply chain, compliance, and operational risks • Provide continuous communication and reporting to the Government, including status updates, progress reports, and deliverables • Manage and integrate subcontractors, vendors, and partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance • Ensure equipment sourcing and substitution capability, including delivery of state-of-the-art and available technologies • Maintain operational readiness posture, including pre-positioned resources, supplier networks, and rapid decision-making capability • Oversee problem resolution and lessons learned processes, driving continuous improvement across task orders • Ensure full compliance with export controls, customs requirements, and international regulations • Maintain adherence to security requirements, including handling of classified information and personnel clearance compliance • Coordinate and support kickoff meetings, recurring stakeholder engagements, and program reviews • Ensure all documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant with contract requirement
