• Lead initiatives that require synchronization between Engineering, Product, Sales, and GTM to expand and optimize the supplier network. • Analyze network performance data to derive actionable insights, identifying bottlenecks in the supplier lifecycle or opportunities for revenue growth. • Distill technical language and engineering constraints into business requirements and executive-level action plans. • Design and lead cross-departmental workshops to solve complex problems, collating outputs into structured workstreams for execution. • Oversee and refine the supplier revenue process to ensure a frictionless experience that aligns with our B2B subscription revenue model. • Confidently navigate all levels of the organization, from presenting progress to the Head of Strategy to deep-diving into sprints with engineering leads.

Job Requirements

  • Proven background in B2B SaaS environments, specifically within the procurement or supply chain sectors.
  • Ability to "see through the noise" of data to identify trends and drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in modern project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the "versatility" to pivot from a technical stand-up to a sales strategy session without losing a beat.
  • 5-7+ years in Program Management, Operations, or a similar strategic execution role.

As the primary facilitator of the woodshop, the specialist- will guide members through progressively challenging projects, helping them build technical skills and confidence over time. The role emphasizes safety, consistency, and meaningful engagement within a dedicated indoor workspace. Responsibilities Woodshop Programming & Skill Development - Design and lead engaging, age-appropriate woodworking sessions for members ages 7-18. - Teach foundational skills such as measuring, marking, cutting, assembling, sanding, and finishing through clear demonstrations and guided practice. - Develop project-based learning experiences (e.g., shelves, stools, decorative items, signage, beginner joinery projects) that build skills over time. - Support members in completing projects from concept to completion, encouraging focus, patience, and pride in their work. - Adapt instruction to meet a range of skill levels, from beginners to more advanced participants. - Encourage creativity while reinforcing the importance of planning, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Safety, Supervision & Area Management - Maintain a strong culture of safety by consistently enforcing tool usage guidelines and workshop rules. - Provide close supervision of all tool use, including hand tools and approved power tools, with age-appropriate instruction. - Conduct routine checks to ensure tools, materials, and workspace are clean, organized, and safe. - Model proper tool handling, setup, cleanup, and storage practices. - Prioritize members' understanding and following safety expectations before participating in activities.
