• Develop reports and dashboards by translating functional requirements into easy-to-use, flexible report and dashboard outputs with an appealing user experience • Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and set expectations • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, establish and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices • Maintain up to date knowledge of latest tools, principles, and practices. • Present information and stories through reports and visualization • Effectively communicate and think strategically, write concisely, and speak easily to groups including peers and superiors
• Lead and support cross-functional GTM transformation programs from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes. • Translate strategic objectives into integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables, and continuously assess whether execution is on track to achieve desired outcomes. • Own end-to-end coordination of UAT activities across initiatives, including planning, scheduling, execution tracking, defect management, and sign-off. • Define and enforce UAT entry and exit criteria, ensuring quality, data readiness, and environment preparedness prior to testing. • Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, TPMs, and stakeholders to align UAT timelines with development and program milestones. • Drive defect triage and resolution by quickly assessing issues and ensuring timely resolution. • Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers, developing mitigation plans and escalating with clear recommendations. • Provide executive-ready reporting that synthesizes complex inputs into concise updates on progress, risks, outcomes, and recommended actions. • Facilitate decision-making by framing tradeoffs, aligning stakeholders, and navigating competing priorities. • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Operations teams. • Maintain accurate tracking of program progress, risks, and deliverables using tools such as Jira, Airtable, or similar. • Continuously improve program and UAT execution processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements. • Rapidly build context in new or unfamiliar areas to effectively lead execution despite ambiguity. • Support senior program managers on large-scale initiatives by owning workstreams and contributing to overall program delivery.
• Own project tracking across multiple concurrent PLG workstreams: standing up trackers, gathering requirements, managing timelines, and proactively surfacing risks • Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders via regular written updates and status syncs • Drive accountability across cross-functional partners, following up on dependencies and keeping tasks moving • Support business leads in capturing, structuring, and articulating requirements for the enterprise PLG technology stack • Ensure requirements are clearly documented and effectively communicated to engineering and product partners in a format they can act on • Serve as a coordination layer between business and technical stakeholders, reducing friction, closing gaps, and keeping the requirements process moving • Collect and consolidate PLG performance data from multiple disparate systems into unified views • Help build and maintain reporting frameworks that tell a coherent story about PLG's revenue impact across the funnel, from activation through monetization • Support the launch and tracking of PLG experiments across growth motions • Aggregate results and synthesize insights into clear, actionable summaries for business and executive stakeholders
• Design, build, and maintain financial models in Workday Adaptive Planning from the ground up • Collaborate with FP&A and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions • Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes • Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support • Manage and support integrations between Adaptive and other financial/enterprise systems • Drive system enhancements, improvements, and best practice adoption • Assist in implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
• Lead the end-to-end OTC workstream for a major S/4HANA transformation, from discovery through deployment and post-production stabilization. • Serve as the primary S/4HANA OTC solution architect, driving global design decisions and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. • Direct day-to-day activities of consulting teams, client team members, and offshore/onshore delivery partners. • Manage program deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies across functional, technical, and integration teams. • Lead the design of the S/4HANA OTC solution, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Delivery & Logistics, Invoicing, Credit Management, and integration with Finance, EWM/TM, Procurement, and external systems. • Develop global templates, localization strategies, and end-to-end process flows aligned with best practices and client requirements. • Define functional specifications, integration designs, and testing strategies in collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams. • Perform hands-on configuration of S/4HANA OTC components as needed to support program delivery. • Oversee and participate in functional unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and deployment activities. • Partner with data, integration, testing, and PMO teams to ensure readiness across all deployment gates. • Act as a key liaison between delivery teams and executive stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and timely communication. • Facilitate design workshops, leadership-level decision forums, and cross-functional alignment sessions. • Present solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations to client leadership. • Build trusted relationships with global process owners, program leads, and business SMEs. • Operate as a player/coach, guiding and mentoring consultants and client resources while contributing hands-on delivery expertise. • Uphold delivery excellence, quality standards, and disciplined use of SAP Activate methodology. • Provide insights to continuously improve solution quality, delivery velocity, and team effectiveness.
• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes including procurement, purchasing, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor management • Configure and support SAP MM (Materials Management) processes in SAP S/4HANA • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Support end-to-end procurement cycle design and optimization • Handle integration with FI/CO, SD, and other SAP modules • Support system enhancements, production support, and incident resolution • Participate in testing activities (SIT, UAT, regression testing) • Assist in data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards
• Analyze and document the current People technology landscape, including systems of record, workflow platforms, intelligence services, and experience layers. • Partner with PPL leadership to develop and refine a multi‑year PPL tech stack strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise architecture and People strategy. • Define capability‑based frameworks to guide buy, build, and extend decisions across HR systems. • Identify fragmentation, redundancy, governance gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or intentional differentiation. • Produce executive‑ready artifacts (maps, decision frameworks, roadmaps) to support alignment with PPL LT and cross‑functional partners. • Act as a strategic partner to Solution Design and Product teams, without owning engineering delivery.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale networking programs, from requirements definition through architecture alignment and execution • Partner with network and platform engineering to influence technical decisions, tradeoffs, and sequencing • Coordinate across engineering, security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant network solutions • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and milestones across multiple workstreams • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to senior leadership
• Serve as the Product Owner for D365 Finance & Operations within the R2R domain, defining product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy. • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals, compliance needs, and operational efficiency. • Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans. • Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders, IT teams, and development partners to ensure alignment and transparency. • Champion adoption of new features, capabilities, and best practices across global Finance teams. • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for financial systems initiatives. • Provide day-to-day production support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues.
