Job Description

Implementation Manager

The Standard

• Oversee onboarding and installation of new business plans • Facilitate meetings, set agendas, and follow up on deliverables • Train clients on systems and provide technical support • Escalate risks and manage timelines with internal teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4–6 years in a client-facing role within defined contribution plan administration
  • Experience with plan implementation, document design, and retirement plan regulations
  • Familiarity with various plan types, investment structures, and federal pension regulations
  • ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA, APR) preferred or in progress
