Job Description

SAP HCM European Payroll Support, Manager

Strada

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements • Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications • Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery • Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines • Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
  • 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
  • Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. W ith excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset

As our Payroll Managed Service Specialist, you will: - Serve as the primary contact for payroll processing and issue resolution within the Managed Services Bureau. - Ensure payroll accuracy through thorough reviews and compliance with statutory requirements. - Handle high-volume payrolls, maintaining efficiency and quality under tight deadlines. - Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the bureau's payroll service delivery. - Support new client onboarding, ensuring data accuracy for retrospective and parallel runs. - Assist in training and mentoring junior payroll team members. - Effectively escalate complex issues while maintaining clear communication with client.
