Sales Operations Analyst

• Take ownership of sales compensation calculations, including validation and analysis. • Develop, administer, and maintain sales compensation plans and incentive programs aligned with business goals. • Analyze sales performance data and compensation metrics to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate compensation trends and insights to management. • Support the annual sales compensation planning process, including quota setting and quota attainment analysis. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to gather requirements and update compensation structures. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation. • Conduct regular audits of sales compensation data to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies. • Manage and maintain the Incentive Management System (IMS) to support efficient processing of sales incentives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales compensation, data analysis, process improvement, or revenue operations roles.
  • Proficiency in commissions tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Perfomio, Varicent etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in Sales Operations or a similar function in a technology-driven organization.
  • Familiarity with commissions plans, MBO, sales incentives/spiffs/competitions.
  • Proven track record of driving process changes that improve business outcomes.

This role will partner with PCS Region Operations, Factory Fulfillment Leaders, Order Management, Finance, OPSI & HPM teams to improve revenue forecasting and execution. This role will also serve as a liaison between supply chain and the commercial teams to drive revenue velocity & optimize inventory. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate weekly OTA / revenue review for USCAN PCS business - Identify and appropriately escalate/mitigate commercial, fulfillment or rev rec obstacles.
