• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Snowflake in relation to them. • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Snowflake’s products and marketing
Job Requirements
- Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
- Broad range of experience within large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL, analytics and cloud technologies
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Understanding of AI/ML principles and best practices
- Ability to connect a customer’s specific business problems and Snowflake’s solutions
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred

The Opportunity SandboxAQ’s AI Simulation (AISim) division develops and applies Large Quantitative Models (LQMs) that are grounded in physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology to simulate molecular behavior with scientific precision and accelerate discovery in the physical world across biopharma, chemicals, advanced materials, healthcare, and so much more. The AISim division is looking for a seasoned Principal Solutions Architect to join this team to accelerate customer adoption via product-led growth. In this role, you will (1) lead high-touch onboarding and implementation for strategic customers, (2) establish reference architectures and implementation playbooks that reduce time-to-value, (3) enable secure, reliable integrations across cloud/LLM/partner environments, and (4) drive a tight feedback loop into Product and Engineering that improves the platform’s operability and customer experience—offering the opportunity to shape the technical standard for how AISim is deployed while working directly with sophisticated customers and top-tier ecosystem partners. Key Responsibilities Lead customer onboarding and implementation for AISim Physics and ML-based solutions, including technical discovery, solution design, configuration, and production readiness. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Product and Engineering teams; run architecture workshops and technical deep dives. Build and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, and implementation runbooks to improve time-to-value and reduce onboarding friction. Drive enterprise-grade deployment best practices across security, identity/access, networking, observability, reliability, and cost/performance optimization. Provide technical escalation support and root-cause analysis in partnership with Engineering; contribute to durable fixes and documentation. Contribute to field motions as needed (solution scoping, demos, proof-of-value plans, RFP/security responses). Essential Skills & Experience 7+ years (or equivalent) in Solutions Architecture, Customer Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise SaaS, ML platforms, or data-intensive systems. Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP): IAM, networking, compute, storage, containers/Kubernetes, and observability.
