We are seeking a senior, hands-on Technical Operations Lead to serve as the primary technical authority for Magnite platforms across India. This role will anchor our Technical Operations presence in-market, ensuring that integrations, optimisation and platform strategy are executed to the highest standard while aligned with broader JAPAC and global objectives. Sitting at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and client leadership, this individual will architect, standardise, and scale best practices across integrations, supply optimisation, performance management, and technical troubleshooting. This is a high-impact role requiring both deep solutions engineering capability and strong business acumen. The successful candidate will be a credible technical leader in the India market - able to guide publishers, broadcasters, streaming partners, and agencies on optimal technical design and monetisation strategy, while ensuring consistency with regional standards and long-term platform integrity. In this role you will: - Operate as the lead technical voice in-market, setting the standard for how Magnite solutions are designed, implemented, and optimized - Bring clarity and high-impact solutions to complex client situations, making sound technical and commercial judgements under pressure, while upholding platform integrity while enabling sustainable growth - Guide stakeholders toward decisions that serve both client success and long-term operational excellence - Serve as the escalation point for complex technical and operational issues - Lead end-to-end partner integrations across SpringServe, and emerging solutions, but also have a broad understanding of the DV+ and DM solutions - Drive onboarding, QA, and launch processes. - Understand Magnite’s global operational framework and make suggestions for improvements to meet the demands of the Indian market - Identify revenue and yield optimisation opportunities across partner inventor - Act as a trusted technical advisor to publishers, broadcasters, streaming platforms, agencies, and brands - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Account Management to drive growth responsibly - Partner closely with internal stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Technical Services, and Commercial teams to translate client feedback into actionable solutions and roadmaps We’re looking for someone with: - 5-7+ years of experience in ad tech or programmatic (SSP, exchange, or ad serving) within the Indian market, with a deep understanding of publisher monetisation and auction dynamics - Strong knowledge of OpenRTB protocols, VAST, Prebid and header bidding, plus hands-on experience with ad servers (e.g., GAM, SpringServe) - Demonstrated experience leading complex supply-side integrations and optimisation initiatives, particularly within video and CTV ecosystems (SSAI/streaming architecture) - Technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams on integration, troubleshooting, and workflow automation - Able to demystify complex programmatic concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and commercial partners - Hands-on familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and understanding of API-based integrations - A structured, solutions-oriented professional capable of managing multiple high-stakes priorities independently - Experience operating effectively in cross-cultural environments, with the localised knowledge needed to navigate the Indian business ecosystem - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Comprehensive Perks and Benefits: - Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage for You and Your Family from Day One - Generous Time Off - Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days - Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave - Disability and Life Insurance - Cell Phone Subsidy - Fitness and Wellness Reimbursement Company Culture: We believe collaboration is essential to success.
