Role Description Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them structure and execute complex RFPs in Archlet across high-spend direct and indirect categories. - Work closely with customers to understand their sourcing objectives, constraints, and success criteria, and advise on how to best leverage Archlet to achieve measurable outcomes. - Support strategic and high-touch sourcing events by providing hands-on guidance on e-auction setup, bid sheet design, and scenario analysis. - Prepare and deliver demos to showcase Archlet's benefits and train new users. - Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value, creating best-practice use cases and success stories that drive adoption and expansion. - Translate customer feedback and real-world sourcing challenges into actionable insights for Product and Engineering, directly influencing Archlet’s product evolution. - Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience from solution design through execution. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, or working with a procurement-focused B2B SaaS platform. - Hands-on experience supporting or executing RFPs, e-auctions, or scenario-based sourcing events across direct or indirect spend categories. - Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, structure complex problems, and communicate clear, pragmatic solutions. - Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to quickly understand complex enterprise software and data models. - Solid understanding of enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools, with a genuine interest in AI-driven innovation. - Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. As a Procurement Service Delivery Specialist supporting Procurement Operations at Micron Technology, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum Higher Tertiary education in business, management or a related field. - 1-3 years' experience in procurement operations and equivalent support. - Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay cycle and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba). - Fulfill responsibilities to help reach performance objectives, performance indicators, and progress reports - Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. - Analytical approach with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
