Associate Staff Engineer, ERP Workday Financials – Technical Consultant

Nagarro

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations across Financial and related modules • Build and support integrations using: EIB (inbound/outbound, user template setup, mass uploads), Core, Connectors and Benefits Connectors ,PECI integrations, Workday Studio and Document Transformation • Develop, customize, and maintain Workday reports including advanced and BIRT reports • Configure and manage Business Process Framework (BPF) • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations and reports • Upload and manage system content (e.g., questionnaires, onboarding templates) • Troubleshoot integration and system issues, ensuring timely resolution • Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday • Work within ITSM processes (incident, change, and problem management) • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners • Support deployments and releases in alignment with project timelines

Job Requirements

  • Total experience 4+ Years
  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday Technical with Integration.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Financials.
  • Proven experience with: Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Studio), Report development (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT), Business Process configurations
  • Working knowledge of Workday security and access control
  • Familiarity with integration tools and data transformation techniques
  • Understanding of ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems
  • Exposure to additional modules such as Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, or LMS (preferred)
  • Workday Certification (good to have)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in US overlap shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of underwriting experience in the Life Sciences industry, including Products and Excess Liability. - Proven success in building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - High-energy, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Effective time management and organizational skills. - Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results. - Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation. - Deep technical knowledge and sound decision-making skills. Work Arrangement This role offers a Hybrid work arrangement: - Candidates near a Hartford office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday if they are not in-market. Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is: $76,400 - $180,000
