Hera Women's Health

• Build and lead financial planning, performance management, and decision support capabilities • Own the annual budgeting process across departments • Build and maintain driver-based financial models • Lead rolling forecasts and scenario planning • Translate operational drivers (volume, payer mix, staffing) into financial projections • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability through financial systems, tools, and automation • Enhance and streamline reporting and forecasting processes using available technology • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system implementations or tool enhancements as needed • Develop department-level scorecards to track progress against plan • Analyze variances and identify actionable insights • Own the monthly financial reporting package, including variance analysis and key insights • Prepare leadership reporting and develop and maintain Board-level reporting decks • Collaborate with Accounting team to ensure data integrity for reporting
