• Reviewing and analyzing functional specifications, identifying gaps, edge cases, and identifying improvements for testability. • Designing, developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. • Building and optimizing automated test scripts and managing automated test cycles for complex features. • Performing manual and exploratory testing where automation is not feasible. • Conducting root cause analysis for defects and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. • Reporting, reproducing, and isolating bugs, providing detailed severity analysis. • Participating in test code reviews and providing feedback on design and implementation. • Monitoring feature usage in production and analyzing related issues for continuous improvement. • Supporting planning activities by contributing to task breakdowns, estimates, and risk identification. • Mentoring newcomers on testing practices and specific technologies. • Driving process improvements and sharing best practices across the team. • Providing timely communication and updates to stakeholders on test progress and production issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automated testing in complex software environments
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of benchmarking and performance testing
- Advanced knowledge of: Selenium, Postman/API testing, C#, HTML/CSS
- Previous exposure to multiple functional areas such as UI, Mobile, API, and Databases, with deep expertise in UI
- Ability to work effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with writing and executing test plans for high-complexity features
- Experience in building and optimizing automated test frameworks and suites
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production integration issues
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices

Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Project Air Quality Engineer to join our Integrated Sustainability and Compliance (ISC) team, in Tampa. This will be a hybrid role, splitting time between an Arcadis office, remote work and visits to client sites. Role Description The QA Compliance Intern will provide foundational administrative and operational support to the Quality Department. This role is designed to offer a student or recent graduate hands-on experience in oversight of external manufacturing operations and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partnerships. As an intern, you will assist in ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements and industry standards and support the internal quality team with various tasks and projects. Core Responsibilities - Assist in the initiation and administrative tracking of incoming inquiries, including Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), Adverse Events (AEs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs). - Support the Quality Team in maintaining seamless communication between internal departments (Supply Chain, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs) and external manufacturing partners. - Learn to support the initiation of investigations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change controls, and validation documentation within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. - Monitor the general QA mailbox, ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. - Assist in the maintenance and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and training programs. - Contribute to the organization of files and documentation required for internal and external audits. - Provide general project management support for the Quality Department, including data entry into Excel and drafting correspondence.
