Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Project Air Quality Engineer to join our Integrated Sustainability and Compliance (ISC) team, in Tampa. This will be a hybrid role, splitting time between an Arcadis office, remote work and visits to client sites. ISC is an area of our business that is growing rapidly and is a priority in our global strategy and an area of heightened focus and investment in our current strategy cycle. ISC services include Air Quality Permitting and Compliance, Environmental Due Diligence, Environmental Compliance and Assurance, Safety Compliance and Assurance, Digital EHS&S, Industrial Hygiene, Sustainability and Product Stewardship. In this role you will work directly with the North American Air Quality and Noise Community of Practice Leaders to support our expanding air quality practice. You will be a key technical resource on air quality projects such as air permitting and compliance support, regulatory applicability and strategy development, emissions inventory development and reporting, engine and ozone depleting substances compliance, greenhouse gas emissions and sustainability reporting and/or air dispersion modeling. Role accountabilities: This role includes performing a wide variety of air quality services for clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, chemical, transportation, and oil and gas. While your project focus will be air quality, you will have the opportunity to participate in other environmental compliance projects such as compliance auditing, waste management, stormwater permitting and SPCC plans. - Apply your knowledge of Federal and State (with a focus on states in the Southeast) air quality regulations to air permitting and compliance projects. - Assist clients with permitting and routine air quality compliance reporting such as compliance certifications, emissions tracking, deviation reports, MACT reports and dispersion modeling. - Prepare air permit applications such as Permits-by-Rule, minor NSR, FESOP, Title V, PSD (and PSD avoidance), and Non-Attainment NSR (and NNSR Avoidance). - Collaborate with Arcadis' air team leaders to ensure application of regulatory knowledge, analytical techniques, and excellent project delivery. - Perform emissions calculations for regulated air pollutants and greenhouse gases to be included in reporting such as emission inventories, Toxics Release Inventories and Tier II. - Support client and proposal development activities. In this role you must be willing to travel up to 10-20% for project and client needs which may include single overnight trips. Most work can be performed from an Arcadis office location or remotely. Preferred to work in office two days per week. Qualifications & Experience: Required: - Minimum of 7 years' experience in Air Quality, with a strong background in air emission calculations and permitting - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field Preferred: - Masters degree in the fields listed above - EIT or PE registration - Experience with AERMOD dispersion modeling Continue your career journey as an Arcadian. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.

Role Description The QA Compliance Intern will provide foundational administrative and operational support to the Quality Department. This role is designed to offer a student or recent graduate hands-on experience in oversight of external manufacturing operations and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partnerships. As an intern, you will assist in ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements and industry standards and support the internal quality team with various tasks and projects. Core Responsibilities - Assist in the initiation and administrative tracking of incoming inquiries, including Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), Adverse Events (AEs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs). - Support the Quality Team in maintaining seamless communication between internal departments (Supply Chain, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs) and external manufacturing partners. - Learn to support the initiation of investigations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change controls, and validation documentation within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. - Monitor the general QA mailbox, ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. - Assist in the maintenance and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and training programs. - Contribute to the organization of files and documentation required for internal and external audits. - Provide general project management support for the Quality Department, including data entry into Excel and drafting correspondence.
