We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for branch locations across Missouri. This is a remote position for candidates who live within the Missouri, allowing you to stay closely connected to the communities and leaders you support. Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting for branch-level roles across Missouri - Partner with branch managers, supervisors, and state leadership within the region to understand staffing needs and priorities - Source and engage candidates using an Applicant Tracking System and recruiting tools - Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates based on job-related competencies and cultural alignment - Recommend candidates and support hiring decisions in collaboration with field leadership - Coordinate offers and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding - Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruiting metrics - Contribute to recruiting strategies that improve candidate pipelines and time-to-fill - Participate in recruiting events or meetings as needed within the region Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience - Preferred experience recruiting for customer service, retail, or branch-based roles - Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and virtual interview platforms - Strong sourcing, organization, and relationship-building skills - Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment - Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices - Must reside in Missouri to effectively support local hiring needs - Professional remote work setup with reliable high-speed internet - Ability to travel occasionally for meetings or recruiting events Why Join Security Finance - Remote role supporting Missouri communities - 70+ years of company stability and continued growth - Experienced, long-tenured recruiting team with a collaborative culture - Standard business hours with flexibility to accommodate candidate schedules - Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits - A people-first organization committed to community impact and long-term careers At Security Finance, we believe great recruiting starts with strong relationships and a commitment to doing things the right way. Role Description The Scheduler / Home Care Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring caregiver shifts are filled accurately and on time, with a strong focus on weekend coverage. This role serves as a key communication hub between caregivers, care managers, clients, and family members, and plays a critical part in maintaining continuity of care. Qualifications - Experience in scheduling, dispatch, workforce coordination, staffing, or a similar operations role. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. - Strong judgment and decision-making under pressure. - Ability to communicate professionally with clients, family members, and internal team members. - Comfortable handling urgent staffing issues, call-offs, and last-minute changes. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Able to work weekends as part of a full-time schedule.
