Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 3 years of relevant work experience, typically reflects 4 years or more of relevant experience
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 25%
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, technical service or business development in the food & beverage industry focused on food ingredients

Business Development Executive
Local InfusionWe are setting a new standard for infusion therapy—because patients deserve better.
• Grow revenue for assigned locations by driving referrals from specialist physician offices prescribing infusion therapy. • Develop, maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders in your territory including specialist physician office staff, primary care providers, Pharmaceutical reps, payer case managers, benefits consultants and employers. • Work closely with providers, referral partners, and Local Infusion operations team to ensure positive outcomes for patients and physicians. • Increase brand recognition by attending networking events, conferences, local walks and other community functions. • Act as a liaison between referring practices and Local Infusion operations team to ensure physician practices are educated on referral processes and patients are captured timely. • Establish a positive and collaborative working relationship with pharmaceutical reps and other referral sources within territory. • Input timely and well-organized reports via CRM reporting, management tracking and expense platforms. • Meet & exceed sales quota. • Occasional night and weekend work required. • 75% of your time will be physically calling on NYC providers.
• Act as the primary contact for inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up, qualification, and handoff to the appropriate Sales Executive • Own the full ERP prospecting lifecycle, from managing inbound interest to driving proactive outbound campaigns that generate qualified pipeline • Execute outbound prospecting strategies across phone, email, social, and events to engage decision-makers within key manufacturing and supply chain accounts • Identify and drive both net-new opportunities and opportunities within QAD’s existing customer base • Partner with Marketing to maximize pipeline impact from campaigns, events, and digital programs • Document all activities in CRM and provide insight to Marketing on lead quality, conversion trends, and market feedback.
• Drive growth of the commercial pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients through CRM tools, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. • Record and report deal progression and sales activity through WEP’s CRM system. • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new opportunities. • Evaluate and report on new business opportunities, market conditions, and competitor activities to help drive revenue growth and improve margins. • Prepare and present account updates, sales results, and lead generation status to management. • Collaborate with the broader Business Development team to prepare for meetings and conferences. • Attend conferences and trade shows to professionally represent WEP Clinical and uncover new business opportunities. • Partner with internal teams to develop client solutions. • Support proposals and pricing efforts, along with other Business Development activities, as required.
